1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LuvoPay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What LuvoPay is
LuvoPay is a non-custodial payment gateway that helps merchants accept USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Customers pay directly to the merchant's own wallet. LuvoPay never holds, transmits, or takes custody of user funds.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and free trial
Customers pay your wallet directly and you keep their payments in full. Access is provided through prepaid subscription plans paid in USDT and verified on-chain: Starter (12 USDT for 2 months), Growth (40 USDT for 6 months) and Business (80 USDT for 12 months). Each verified person may claim one 30-day free trial, which starts after identity verification. Plans are never renewed or charged automatically; when a trial or plan ends, new checkouts pause until you purchase a plan.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide a correct BEP20 receiving wallet — payments sent to the wrong address are irreversible.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including tax, consumer protection, and anti-money-laundering rules.
- Do not use LuvoPay for illegal goods or services, fraud, sanctioned parties, or activities that violate BNB Chain terms.
- Handle refunds and customer support directly with your buyers — LuvoPay cannot reverse on-chain transfers.
6. On-chain verification
LuvoPay verifies transactions by reading public blockchain data. We apply a small tolerance to account for network fees. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timing of third-party RPC providers or block explorers.
7. No custody, no financial advice
LuvoPay is not a bank, broker, exchange, or money transmitter. We do not custody funds, offer investment products, or provide financial or legal advice. You alone are responsible for your wallet and private keys.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuvoPay and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost funds, missed transactions, chain reorganizations, wallet compromises, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You may request account deletion in Settings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
